I have used Elizabeth and her services for years, and always come back due to the quality of her readings and spells.
Recently I purchased the protect & support prana chart. I live a fast paced life and am often ungrounded and and charging ahead at full speed. This effects my emotions. At the moment I am going through some really difficult changes and the prana chart I purchased I felt its effect immediatly.
It is very subtle and is not the answer, but what the prana chart has done for me is slow me down, allow me to listen to my thoughts understand them and begin to bring in new thoughts and energies.
In essence it has acted as a buffer, you still have to put in your usual work but as an enabler the prana chart is Excellent.

I just wanted to let people know that Elizabeth Francis helped me shift my belief system to a far more positive and healthier stance.
