The Relationship You have with Yourself
Self-knowledge is the key to identifying and becoming who we are. Without knowing who we are we cannot meet our full potential as human beings. Nor can we create the reality of our desires.
The interactive, intensive workshop is designed to provide a safe, non-judgmental and supporting environment within which you are able to meet, discover and learn how to embrace and therefore enjoy your Self.
The intermediary used between your present perception of Self and your true potential is your Higher-self.
Various divining tools are used to enable to you to connect to and work with your Higher-self to identify the negative or challenging aspects of Self. Then to and recognise and understand the role they have to play within your spiritual evolvement and personal growth.
Past-life readings are used to reveal the circumstances that have led to what has become in this life-time, self-sabotage and/or self-destruction behavioral patterns.
Such patterns are usually triggered at the sign of any form of personal or business success.
The information gained can release at a cellular level, any disassociated and unnecessary feelings guilt, grief and regret and enable the process of self-acceptance to begin.
Elizabeth guides you through meditations are then used to assist in revealing your true wealth of Being, which is held within the Self and to promote self-acceptance, -like and -love.
Various products, including affirmations, shamanic healing, colour and crystal therapies and self-healing vibrational energy products are used throughout the weekend to provide a supporting and healing environment whilst issues are raised and dealt with.
By working upon the relationship you have with your Self you are able to recognize and accept that none of us get what we want, only what we need. Not until we understand this can we start to identify our true desires and begin to manifest them.
Suitable for all those from 18 onward. The course can be adapted for couples.
