If you inadvertently ask more than one question, only the first one will be answered.

You will receive your written reading via email within 36 hours of me receiving the order - this may be more than 36 hours after you placed the order! I do the written readings very early in the morning when it is quiet, so don't be surprised if you receive your reading before 8am :)

If your reading doesn't arrive within 48 hours, please check your email's junk filter and call me on 01579 384 704 if it hasn't appeared. The reading will have been sent, but it's possible your account hasn't processed it as valid and you need to give me another e-mail address to contact you at.
